Primrose, Limited Edition Lino Print
A limited edition lino print, one of only ten.
The black and white image of primrose flowers and leaves is simple and stark - pleasing in its simplicity and strength.
I designed and carved the lino, then applied the ink in order to hand-print it by running it through an etching press.
Each artwork is printed on acid free, Canson Edition, 100% cotton paper, 250 GSM, which complies with the ISO 9706 standard on permanence, a guarantee of optimal conservation.
The print itself is 22cm by 17cm. Each print is signed and editioned and is part of a limited edition print run. Each print is an original, not a reproduction, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
The print is packed against backing board (100% post consumer waste recycled fibre, FSC certified and acid free) and wrapped in a 40 micron polypropylene (premium film) sealed bag. However, the print will be removed from bag and posted rolled between pieces of acid free Glassine Paper in a mailing tube for best protection.
This print requires framing.
