Red Poppies on Pink, Lino Print Card, Hand Carved and Printed, Square Greeting Card
Three red Poppies, carved into a soft pink background, with a matching thick red border. A beautiful floral card. This card is the result of two layers of lino printing with different colour inks.
I designed, hand carved and then hand printed this card on an etching press in my studio. There may be minor difference between each print, including unique imperfections, since each card is a hand made original.
The card is blank inside and comes with a matching envelope, contained in a protective cellophane sleeve. The back of the card is stamped with my Yuile Street Studio details.
The card is 14cm x 14cm and the envelope is 15cm x 15cm. The paper is an ivory colour and manufactured from 100% recycled fibres. It has a light natural texture and a lovely, thick feel at 270gsm. The envelopes are also 100% recycled.
All cards are posted in rigid card envelopes.
